Debeme
Track #9 would seem to be from an EMI demo (Manchester Square Studios = EMI). Any info on what what else was on that demo tape/session date?Interesting to note that John Brand first worked with The Cult in 1984. Is it correct to assume that he remixed those SDC tracks (No's 14 & 15) sometime around his work on Dreamtime?
correction.. none of the *1st* demo made it onto LP..
The EMI demo was The Crypt, Apache and False Faces. The first demo was The Crow / The Girl / Moya / Vivisection, none of the demo versions made it onto the LP. False Faces & Apache are on the CD credited as the Jensen session, and were played along with Flowers & Patriot on the radio, but there is supposedly an EMI version without the extra lyrics that never circulated. Never found out if False Faces was EMI or Jensen but think production sounds more like The Crypt, so might be EMI?
